The best place to eat crackers

When Sidekick leaves crackers on the bedside table, (a sealed package mind you), where is the best place to eat them?

Out of doors, where the birds can eat the crumbs?  No.
In the kitchen, where crumbs belong?  No.
In the living room, where crumbs can be swept away?  No.
In crate?  No.
On couch?  No.

Best place for to eat crackers is on bed of Sidekick.  And not just on the bed, but underneath the covers.  Enjoy, Sidekick!  Self has left a midnight snack.

Crazy Sidekick saves evil cats

Self thought, that Sidekick and Self had come to agreement.  Deaf Cat may stay, but no more cats.  Is easy enough to understand, right?  Apparently not so.


One day in October, Sidekick came in with a large bag.  Bag went, meow meow!  Oh no.  Really?  ...Yes.  Really.

Sidekick explained.  Would not be nearly as long a time as infestation puppies.  Gypsy, the momma, had  kittens and found herself in the Valencia County Animal Shelter.  She was unlikely to make it out.  Well, self cannot chase all the cats if all the cats are to be put down.  So, okay.  Fine.  Bring in the cats.

At the time, kittens were 5 weeks old.  2 boys, and 4 girls.

Also there was Chad, a black kitten, but he was so most hard to photograph!

First, the kittens and Gypsy lived in Clarissa's room, in their own pen.  But soon, Clarissa was unhappy sharing.  So, Clarissa moved out of the room and the kittens got the whole room!

Then in a few weeks the kittens got big and strong enough to begin to explore the house.  That was so most fun!  Self would lie down and sniff all the kittens so most politely.

Almost too soon, after only 5 weeks, all the kittens had found wonderful homes!  Self was right, it was not as hard or long as the crazy puppies.

Still, Self is not hoping for more kittens OR puppies any time soon...

Today we go archive digging! Of hikes and dog parks

To all the people,

Self is full of apology!  It turns out, there are many an unfinished post floating around that self was never able to share.

On this week, Self went to the dog park!  Rarely does this happen, for self would like to have all the toys to self and never for to share.

Dog park is most best for summer day, for dog park has a swimming tub!

Self jumps into swimming tub, then out, then chases the ball, then brings ball back, then jumps into swimming tub, and washes the ball, and repeat!


And always all the people comment on Self's beautiful tail.

Self also went on hike, for to watch all the beautiful late Summer flowers!  Yellows and Purples and Reds.

JC played Queen of the Mountain!

October in the Tweeter Land

For those of the world who are not on the Tweeter, Self will write again all that has happened in October for all the people to read and enjoy.

1. Self thought about how delicious are hot dogs.  Mmmm hot dogs.

2. Self was so most frustrated with the existence of kittens.  Kittens!  Self has not told all the people about the kittens.  Soon to be expecting an additional blog post.

3. Self was excited for to watch TFiOS with Evil Stepmummy in Summer of next year!

4. Evil Stepmummy had awful dream, that Self was missing and would not come back.  If self was missing, Self would have been stolen for Self's beautiful tail.  And Self would be sure to escape to find the way back to Evil Stepmummy and Sidekick!

5. Self was feeling depressed and grumpy for so many weeks.  Sidekick wants to make self happier.  One way is for to take many trips to the park for fetch!  This is most best.

6. On a hike with Wyatt and JC, self found new best friend, Mr. Tiger!  Self was so most pleased with the find.

7. Sidekick left Self all alone at home for to spend time with Evil Stepmummy and those friends.

8. Sidekick told Self to be the most best and quiet dog so she could speak on the phone.  It was most important for some reason.

Learning About Music #3

Sidekick has shown Self all the music for to learn!  This one is called "Hey So Sister"... it is about Sister Cookie!
